We follow fair guidelines on Return, Warranty & Refund issues. We try to give our best solution on every issue. Our customer service department works 24/7 to solve the problems. The Ratio of Return, Warranty & Refund is very low but if any inconsistency happens then we try to give solution within 24 hour.

• All products purchased through Zeblazewatch.com have 06 months warranty starting from date of purchase.
• Refund only applicable if any misunderstanding (claiming time inside Dhaka 1 day & Outside Dhaka 2 days) but change of mind is not applicable .
• Any kind of alteration or physical damage will void the warranty
• Official Seal or Sticker cannot be removed from the box.
• Invoice, Box, Warranty Sticker & other accessories of the watch must be returned during claiming the warranty.
• If you buy any product from this website or from our Facebook page then You are declaring that you have gone through our warranty & shipping policies and accepted it. 

Shipping cost during warranty period:

• Customer will bear the shipping cost for claiming the warranty.
• Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE
• If Customer gets a refund then shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
